feat(gui): settings dialogs as pages of cards 1274027641

The editor settings and the project settings are a settings_page: sections with a bold heading above a card of rows.
A row shows the title of a setting and a muted description of what it does on the left and its control on the right;
larger editors (tables, text boxes) span the card below their description.

- Editor settings: switches instead of check boxes (appearance, editing, startup, notifications), the grid size in one
  row, the number of recent projects next to the button that forgets them, the plugin databases with what they are
  for. The controls are named (e.g. "grid-snap").
- Project settings: the name, the project file (which wraps, with a button that shows its directory), the excluded
  files, the language servers and the metadata, each with what it is for.
- Switches show their focus ring only when the keyboard gave them the focus (not when a dialog opens with it).

feat(std): the files panel shows the project and tells models apart 09641ae006

- The name of the project is above the files, with the buttons of the panel next to it: new model, which files are
  shown (one menu instead of three toggles; the funnel is filled with the accent while more files are shown than
  usual), refresh and export.
- Models, the project file, directories and other files have icons of their own (the lints panel uses the icon of
  models as well). Rows have a bit more room.
- Selections in lists, trees and text are a tint of the accent with the text in its usual color, instead of the
  accent with white text.
- Icons of expanded items (folders) stay in the foreground color: views draw them "on", which made them accent.
